        There are three optional programs from which you may chose to support your weight lose goals and objectives.
 

Program #1 - Fast Weight Loss

       This program is a five day program, usually on a Monday-Friday schedule.  The ToppFast product is used on these five days and for the remaining two days of the week normal meals are consumed.  There are two key elements to this program.

       For the five days, take five (5) servings of ToppFast each day.  The product can be taken approximately every 2-3 hours or for those who find difficulty with this time schedule they might take two servings in the morning (breakfast); one serving at noon (lunch) and the remaining two servings in the evening both at the dinner hour or one at the dinner hour and one about two hours later.

       Drink a minimum of eight glasses (10-12oz) of water, diet soda and/or decaffeinated tea or coffee each day.   This is the most important part of the program!

 

Program #2 - Slow Weight Loss for Weight Mgmt

       This program follows the five day schedule of the fast weight loss program ( #1) and the two days of normal meal consumption.  It differs in that one serving of ToppFast is each taken in place of the normal breakfast and lunch.  A third serving of ToppFast is consumed in mid afternoon.  If your schedule makes this difficult to do it can be taken about two hours after dinner.  The dinner consumed on these five days should be low calorie whenever possible.

       As in program #1 the consumption of eight glasses (10-12oz) of water, diet sod and/or decaffeinated tea or coffee should be maintained.

 

Program #3 - Physician Supervised Fasting

       This program should only be utilized under the care of a physician and should only be used in cases of severe obesity.   The exact schedule and use of the ToppFast product will be determined by your physician after a complete and thorough physical check up.  If approved by your physician, then and only then, begin the five servings of ToppFast each day for all seven days of the week at intervals of 2-3 hours apart.

       The consumption of eight glasses (10-12 oz) of water, diet soda and/or decaffeinated tea or coffee must be completed every day without exception!!!  Follow your doctors orders!!!  Your should continue visiting your physician at appropriate intervals as specified by him/her.

       It would benefit you land your doctor to read the book "ToppFast Diet Plan" written by Dr. Frank Toppo.

       Now that you have chosen your program, What can you expect?

       Your body will start to breakdown the fat in your body after 18-36 hours. Your hunger should subside after that time.

       You will lose weight quickly in the beginning.  The first pound is much easier to lose that the last pound.

 

       In addition, these possible experiences may occur

Constipation or loose stools 25% experience constipation;
                            25% experience loose stools;
                            50% experience no change.

Frequent Urination - This is how the fat leaves the body

Bad Breath - Use a mouth spray and/or no more than 5 pieces of sugarless gum daily (Sorbital can cause Diarrhea)

Headaches - Common second or third day and is caused by sugar withdrawal (Some people find relief by taking several bouillon followed by water)

Light Headed - This may be caused by standing up quickly.  If it persists you may have a lower blood pressure and a higher pulse rate.  Some have bee helped by taking bouillon followed by at least twenty four (24) ounces of water.  It should stabilize you condition. If it does not, see you physician immediately.

Weakness - Usually caused by the individuals failure to take servings on a timely schedule or failure to consume sufficient fluids as specified in each program. Some have been helped by mixing milk with the ToppFast, or by drinking an extra serving or eating a very small meal.  If weakness persists , stop dieting and see a physician.

Digestive Problems - Usually caused by eating too much sugar, fats and raw vegetables on days when ToppFast is not taken.  Eat carefully on the non diet/fasting days and limit your intake of sugar, fat and raw vegetables.

Fluctuating Weight - Usually caused by water retention, changes in physical activity, salt, carbohydrates and/or hormonal change.

       Now that you have reached this point of understanding what ToppFast is, how too use it and what may be expected, it is MOST IMPORTANT to avoid all of the following items while taking ToppFast.

             Alcohol

             Caffeinated Drinks of any kind

             Herbal Teas

             Saunas/Jacuzzi’s during the first two weeks.

             Increased levels of exercise during the first
             two weeks
.

             Excessive Vitamins

             Certain Medications - Specifics can be found
             in the Diet Book or consult with your physician.

 
       ToppFast will do its part in your weight loss program.  Each user must take the responsibility to do their part.
